Automatic LifeNet
On the unfortunate event, when someone falls from a building or tries to jump of the edge, how to save them?
Place 2 cameras facing upwards on each corner(8 cameras), use object detection algorithms to detect if someone is falling, a second later detect the object again. And if its the same object and has travelled 9.8m/second2 , release the life nets.
Cost Analysis
If someone thinks its costs too much, anyway you are going to have cameras for big buildings, buy some 360 degree cameras, and use it for both security and this use case. The object detection is definitely going to run on some computer, and we are not going to find a building without at least 1 computer. So, all the amount will be just for the safety net and the chips/controllers for controlling it. Hey, if you do decorate them, it can be used to provide a nice look and this setup will be of zero cost to you
